AMOPS Annual Meeting Dress Code
Lectures – Class B Uniform, Business Casual (Civilian) or Fatigues/Khakis or NWU's
Poster and Podium Presenters - Dress Blues (Navy), ASU or AGSU (Army),
Service Dress (Air Force), or business attire (if you have not attended officer school)
AMOPS Annual Awards Banquet – Mess Dress or Formal Attire
For OMT or hands-on – you are allowed to change into athletic attire or scrubs.
BRANCH SOCIAL HOUR
Branch Social Hour will be held on FRIDAY FEBRUARY 21, 2025 from 5:30 PM -7:00 PM at the HYATT REGENCY. Appetizers and Cash Bar.
All Attendees must make a reservation prior to January 30, 2025.

AMOPS SERVICE PROJECT
Thursday February 20, 2025
This year's Conference Service Project, has two parts.
First is the actual service project activity which will be held at the Compassion United East Campus located at 188856 FM 1484 Conroe TX, 77303.
On Google Maps it's a 16-minute drive from the conference center. During this time, we'll be helping with some renovation, upkeep, and cleaning projects at Compassion United's food pantry.
YOU MUST PRE- REGISTER:
The second part is a service day good's drive. Use the amazon registry/ gift list to buy and ship these items without having to drop them off at the conference.
Items shipped directly to Compassion United. If people are buying items in town and want to drop them off at the conference,
they can drop them off at the registration table where the Service Project Team will collect the items.
